[ONLY 1 AVAILABLE]
CONDITION -- Unused
HISTORY -- As might be expected from the name, Glen Line's origins are to be found in Scotland. The Gow and McGregor families set themselves up in Glasgow during the mid 1850's as cargo and voyage brokers. It would appear that they worked closely together to ensure full cargoes with the Gow's doing the chartering and the McGregor's putting together the freight.

HISTORY -- The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company (P&O) has a celebrated history dating back to the 1830's. It was incorporated by a Royal Charter in 1840, and its name therefore includes neither "PLC" nor "Limited". The initials "P&O" are among the most familiar anywhere, and its house flag, older even than the Company itself, is one of the best known.
NOTES -- Many other different types of photographs are also available from Travellers in Time and are on the website so if you cannot find what you are looking for please contact us with your interest at sales@travellersintime.net.
