DESCRIPTION -- From the Cunard Line vessel the Caronia this is a passenger ship location map from the 1950's, which is in a very good condition.

CONDITION -- Very Good
HISTORY -- RMS Caronia was a 34,183 gross register tons (GRT) passenger ship of the Cunard Line (then Cunard White Star Line). Launched on 30 October 1947, she served with Cunard until 1967. She was initially nicknamed the "Green Goddess" after Liverpool's green and white "Green Goddess" trams, and the nickname stuck.

DESCRIPTION -- From the vessel the Cunard Countess a silver coloured serving tray showing the vessels name and crest in the centre of the tray. This Cunard Line item is 8" x 6" (20cm x 15cm) in size and in a very good condition.

CONDITION -- Very Good
HISTORY -- The Cunard Countess was built in Denmark and was prepared for passenger use in Italy. She was christened by Mrs Armstrong, wife of Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon. Cunard Countess began service with Cunard, after being registered in the Bahamas, and she became one of the better-known cruise ships to cross the Caribbean Sea and middle Atlantic ocean, becoming a regular sight at San Juan in Puerto Rico, as well as Miami and Santo Domingo.

DESCRIPTION -- An early display dish from the Cunard Steamship Company which is made of Foley Bone China design and is 6" (15cm) x 3" (9cm). It is an early example and no date is known.

HISTORY -- Cunard Steamship Company (Cunard Line) is a British-American owned shipping company based at Carnival House in Southampton, England and operated by Carnival UK. It has been a leading operator of passenger ships on the North Atlantic for over a century. In 1839, Canadian-born Samuel Cunard was awarded the first British transatlantic steamship mail contract, and the next year formed the British and North American Royal Mail Steam-Packet Company to operate the line's four pioneer paddle steamers on the Liverpool-Halifax-Boston route. For most of the next 30 years, Cunard held the Blue Riband for the fastest Atlantic voyage.

DESCRIPTION -- From the RMS Queen Mary a copy of the on board cruise newspaper 'The Ocean Times' and is dated November 1966 and is in a great condition.

HISTORY -- The RMS Queen Mary was and is one of the grandest Passenger liners ever built. This giant of the sea offered luxury and a standard unequalled in shipbuilding history. During her remarkable career, from her maiden voyage in 1936 until this day, Queen Mary has played various roles, from an elegant Ocean Liner, to a WWII trooper, then after 1001 Atlantic crossings, RMS Queen Mary was preserved and became a fine hotel and tourist facility in Long Beach California.

DESCRIPTION -- A wall hanging picture of the Cunard Line vessel the Queen Elizabeth II (QE2) which is 16" (42cm) x 8" (20cm). It is an embossed picture showing a superb raised view of the vessel and is in a fabulous condition. No date on the item but presumed could be from the 1960's.

HISTORY -- The Queen Elizabeth 2, or QE2 as she is commonly known was the flagship of the Cunard Line for nearly 40 years. QE2 made her maiden voyage in 1969 and was one of the last great Transatlantic liners. At 70,327 tons and 963 feet long with a top speed of 32.5 knots she is also one of the fastest and grandest passenger vessels ever built. QE2 is arguably the most famous liner in the world.

At the time of construction in the mid-1930's by John Brown and Company in Clydebank, Scotland, she was known as Hull 552, but she was later named in honour of Queen Elizabeth, Queen Consort at the time of her launch on 27 September 1938, and in 1952 became the Queen Mother.

HISTORY -- The RMS Queen Mary is a retired ocean liner that sailed primarily in the North Atlantic Ocean from 1936 to 1967 for the Cunard Line (known as Cunard-White Star when the vessel entered service). Built by John Brown & Company in Clydebank, Scotland, Queen Mary along with her running mate, the RMS Queen Elizabeth, were built as part of Cunard's planned two-ship weekly express service between Southampton, Cherbourg, and New York City.

DESCRIPTION -- From the 1960's and from the RMS Queen Elizabeth a 'Welcome Aboard' booklet and used luggage label dated October 7th 1964. The luggage label has been used but the 'Welcome Aboard' booklet is unmarked and as new, containing many, many pages of information on the cruise ship. With the new Queen Elizabeth liner now in service items from the original vessel are now very collectable.

HISTORY -- The Queen Elizabeth 2 was designed for the transatlantic service from her home port of Southampton, UK to New York, United States and was named after the earlier Cunard liner RMS Queen Elizabeth. She served as the flagship of the line from 1969 until succeeded by the Queen Mary 2 in 2004. Queen Elizabeth 2 was designed in Cunard's offices in Liverpool and Southampton and built in Clydebank, Scotland. She was considered the last of the transatlantic ocean liners until Queen Mary 2 entered service.

Built in Clydebank, Scotland, she was considered the last of the great transatlantic ocean liners built for over four decades before the construction of the QM2.
